Reservation Terms & Policies

Check-in & Check-out

Standard Timing: Check-in begins at 12:00 PM, and Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Flexibility: Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability. Additional charges may apply and are payable directly to the hotel.

Guest Requirements

Identification: All guests must present a valid photo ID upon arrival.

Age Policy: At least one guest in each room must be 18 years of age or older.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Free Cancellation: Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in.
  • No-Shows & Early Departures: One night charge will be deducted. Remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Refund Processing: Initiated within 48 hours and reflected within 5–7 working days.
  • Modifications: Use "Cancel/Reschedule Booking" or contact the hotel directly.
Booking Confirmation

On-Request Booking: Reservations are processed within 24 hours. If not confirmed, a full refund will be issued.

Important Notices
  • Fraud & Errors: The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings involving fraud or incorrect details.
  • Verification: Credit card verification may be required.
  • Liability: Limited to the amount paid for the booking. No responsibility for third-party charges.
